I love being able to have fun with my patients and helping them learn about orthodontics. Dr. Alford is kind and caring, treating every patient and family member with respect. I'm married and have two beautiful daughters. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also have a passion for cooking and love the outdoors.

My name is Karen and I am the Office Manager/Financial Coordinator for Dr. Alford. I have two wonderful boys. I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as traveling. My favorite place to travel is to Seattle, where I am originally from.

Liza - Chairside Technician

As a chairside technician, my main goal is making sure our patients are comfortable during their appointments and know that we consider them to be like family. I am happily married with three children. We love to go camping as a family.

Angie - Chairside Technician

Working chairside gives me a chance to put my patients at ease and make their experience an enjoyable one! I am married and we have two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, and keeping up with school activities is my other full-time occupation!

Amy - Chairside Technician

I really enjoy getting to know our patients and their families when they come in for appointments. We love to laugh and have a good time with our patients because we want you to feel at home while you're here. I am married and we have a son, Levi. I enjoy riding bikes and spending my free time with my family.

Kim - Lab Technician

I love how detail-oriented my work is and the fun environment that Dr. Alford and the rest of the staff create for our great patients. I was born and raised here in Anderson and married my high school sweetheart. We have two amazing daughters. I enjoy reading, being with my daughters, and riding my husband's Harley.

Anita - Insurance Specialist
